1) Acceptance & changes

By accessing or using KiwiRewardsArena.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. We may update Terms from time to time by posting a revised version; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

2) Eligibility (New Zealand)

• You must be at least 18 years old and located in New Zealand to use the Service.
• You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws.

3) Accounts & security

• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• Do not share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your account.

4) Virtual coins, promotions & gameplay

• The Service uses virtual coins/credits for entertainment only. They are not money, have no real-world value, and are non-transferable.
• Virtual coins cannot be redeemed, cashed out, or exchanged for money or anything of real-world value.
• Any promotions, bonuses, or rewards are virtual only and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Reminder: no real-money gambling and no opportunity to win real money or prizes of real-world value.

5) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, manipulating outcomes, or using bots/scripts.
• Interfering with the Service (e.g., hacking, scraping, DDoS, reverse engineering where unlawful).
• Harassment, unlawful content, infringement, or misuse of others’ data.

6) Intellectual property & licence

We (and our licensors) own the Service, software, artwork, and content. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

7) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and remove virtual items) if we reasonably believe you breach these Terms or pose risk to the Service or users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.

9) Disputes, governing law

If a dispute arises, contact us first and we will try to resolve it promptly. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
